PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT MENTORING PROGRAMME
(6-month, face-to-face, via telephone or skype)

This is a very helpful development tool for PAs, especially if they have hit the ceiling as far as their career goes. This mentoring programme made up of six 1-hour face-to-face meetings. This allows PAs to work their development plans in real time.
(2 x 1 hour calls over 4-week period, plus emails)
This programme is conducted by telephone and email only to assist PAs who cannot attend face-to-face. This programme consists of two 45-minute telephone calls (we call you), plus one email per week for 4 weeks. PAs receive an Action Plan with assignments and goals.
E-MENTORING or FACE-TO-FACE MENTORING
(3 hour period or 1-hour over 3 week period, face-to-face or via Skype)
This is ideal for PAs to be completed in one day over a 3-hour period or over 3 x 1 hour sessions. This provides an opportunity for PAs to have their productivity and development questions answered, receive advice and agree a plan for their personal development. PAs receive an Action Plan with assignments and goals.
