I was reading an article related to this quote. And it mentioned that this quote talks to raising your game. Determining what is important to you and then taking it to the next level. Have you ever thought about taking your skills, your knowledge and even your work to the next level?
Why don’t you grab a piece of paper and jot down ideas you think are important to you – What do you think you need to work on? – Certain aspects of yourself? Your skills sets? Your attitude or preferences in your life?
After you have jotted down all you can think of, select just three things you listed and next to each one, write down how your life will improve by raising your game, by striving to get to the place where you can’t get it wrong. Just imagine how your life would be with a better level of people skills, relationship skills, whatever it is you feel can be improved on to raise your game – wouldn’t that be amazing?
You may only get it right once in a while, you just need to focus on getting it right most of the time. That way you start to close in on not doing it wrong, ever.
Get practicing.
